Here is my weekly weather quiz question. Let’s make this one local. What is the coldest temperature ever recorded for Eugene? Your answer should also contain the date on which it occurred. Please post your answer as a comment after the forecasts on this page. The first person to post the correct answer will win a week of free personalized weather forecasts tailored to your needs. Good luck.

A trough of low pressure (See “U” shape offshore) is moving Eastward away from us. Weak high pressure will try to take over for a little warming,  but another low will follow close behind it so don’t look for any dramatic changes in our weather patterns. A cold front will be moving through Saturday with another very weak one right behind it that might just slide down the coast..
