An upper level low pressure trough (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) still controls our weather and will keep the showers around as it sends another frontal system into Oregon. The warm front pushed in this morning ad the cold front follows. The parade of storms continues with this frontal system on Saturday. Sunday yet another frontal system will be over the Pacific Ocean headed our way. Note: Don’t forget that this is the weekend when Daylight Saving Time begins. Remember to “Spring Forward” and turn your clocks ahead one hour at bedtime Saturday night. The official change occurs at 2:00 am Sunday. The Fire Department reminds you to check the batteries in your smoke detectors, CO2 detectors and Radon detectors if you have them.
