An upper level high pressure ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) is moving away as low pressure (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) moves in. A frontal system is heading our way bringing showers and possible thunderstorms with it. Looks like a frontal system will make landfall early Friday at the Oregon/California border area. Another frontal system will moving down from the Northwest Monday.
