A weak cold front slid through the Pacific Northwest, but the bulk of the scant precipitation stayed well to the North of the Eugene-Springfield area.  Upper level Low Pressure (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) is moving away from us and High Pressure (“Arch” shape in blue arrows) will take over for a short while. An upper level low (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) will move up to the coast by the end of the week returning the chance of showers for the weekend.
