Upper level high pressure (“Arch” shape with blue arrows) has warmed us up to well above normal temperatures. An upper level low pressure trough will start cooling us down. A cold front will be approaching the Pacific Northwest over the weekend moving through  Sunday night and Monday bringing the temperatures back down to normal again.
