Here is my weekly weather quiz question for the last time. What is a “Symmetric Double Eye?”  Here is the correct answer. A Symmetric Double Eye is a concentrated ring of convection that develops outside the eye wall in symmetric, mature hurricanes. The ring then propagates inward and leads to a double-eye. Eventually, the inner eye wall dissipates while the outer intensifies and moves inward. Although toxins are not absorbed through the skin, people who have skin sensitivities may experience a puffy, red rash at the affected area.
