_______________
Here again is my new weekly weather quiz question. Nine people have died and 11 were injured in the state of Oregon from 1887 to 1995 due to what kind of weather events? Please place your answer as a comment after the forecasts on this page. The first person to post the correct answer will win a week of free personalized weather forecasts tailored to your needs. Good luck.
_______________
An upper level low pressure trough (“U” shaped area in the jet stream) will slide in behind the high pressure ridge that has been over us. Look for a very weak cold front to roll across Oregon tonight bringing back a slight chance of precipitation this evening through Friday. A definite cooling trend as we move through the middle of October.

Advisories: NONE AT THIS TIME.
