An upper level high pressure ridge (“Arch” shaped area of blue arrows in the jet stream approaching the Pacific Coast) is setting up to keep us dry, but cool. A very weak cold front rolled across Oregon last night bringing back a slight chance of precipitation. A definite cooling trend as we move through the middle of October.
