As the cold front moves away from us the chance of rain diminishes. For today, a mostly cloudy start then a mix of clouds and sun with a slight chance of showers, high 53 low 37 tonight with showers likely. Wednesday, Veterans Day, we’ll see showers likely and another cold front high 50 low 40. An upper level low pressure trough (shaded area) in the Gulf of Alaska will continue sending cold moist air our way. Mostly cloudy Thursday a 60% chance of showers high 50 low 40. Look for a 40% chance of rain Friday and a 40% chance of showers Friday night high 48 low 39. There will be a 40% chance of showers Saturday and Saturday night high 51 low 41. Sunday rain will be likely with a 40% chance of rain Sunday night and Monday. High’s will be near 50 lows near 40. Thunderstorms will be possible along the coast Tuesday night and Wednesday.
In the Cascades the snow level will be 4,000′ today and 4,500′ tonight. Snow levels fall to 3,500′ Wednesday and 3,000′ Wednesday night. There will be a drop to 2,500′ Thursday and back up to 3,500′ by Friday night. Snow levels will remain below pass levels Saturday through Monday.
