The High Pressure Ridge that took over for your Wednesday for some drying time is moving away to be replaced by an Upper Level Low Pressure Trough that takes over returning valley rain and mountain snow. The days 1-3 graphic shows a frontal system moving into the Pacific Northwest bringing back the rain. The graphic for days 3-7 shows another frontal system that will push into Oregon Monday. It looks like another backdoor front will drop down from the Northeast pushing cold Canadian air our way for a colder workweek. So far, the snow will stay in the mountains. For mountain snow conditions at the local ski areas check out their websites or give them a call.
