An elongated Upper Level Low Pressure Trough takes over returning valley rain and mountain snow. The days 1-3 graphic shows a frontal system moving through the Pacific Northwest enhancing the rain chances. The graphic for days 3-7 shows another frontal system that will push into Oregon between Tuesday and Wednesday next week. It looks like another backdoor front will drop down from the Northeast pushing cold Canadian air our way for a colder workweek. So far, the snow will stay in the mountains. For mountain snow conditions at the local ski areas check out their websites or give them a call.
