We had a bit of a break from the more serious rain and now a weak cold front (still offshore) is headed our way and will make landfall by Monday. An upper level High Pressure ridge (“Arch” shaped shaded area) will build up and protect us from any storms. Another large trough of low pressure (“U” shaded area over the ocean) will come in behind the ridge  by late in the week. A cold front will be moving through the Pacific Northwest Friday bringing back more wet weather.

Advisories: A HIGH SURF WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM MONDAY UNTIL 11 PM TUESDAY FOR THE SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTH OREGON COAST.
