An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) has changed our weather and toward the end of the workweek we’ll get colder on the backside of that low (the leading edge of approaching high pressure) with colder Northwesterly airflow. The graphic for days 1-3 shows the frontal system moving into the Pacific Northwest. The graphic for days 3-7 shows no particular surface fronts for the week until next Sunday into Monday as another system move in through Northern California. For mountain snow conditions at the local ski areas check out their websites or give them a call.
