Don’t forget to turn your clocks back one hour (Fall Back) at bedtime Saturday night (2 AM Sunday to be precise) as we leave Daylight Saving Time and return to Standard Time. Also, check the batteries in your smoke alarms and change them if necessary.

_______________

An upper level High Pressure ridge (“Arch” shaped shaded area) has build up to protect us from any storms for a short while. Another large trough of low pressure trough (“U” shaded area over the ocean) will come in behind the ridge as we enter the weekend. A weak cold front will be moving through the Pacific Northwest Friday with another stronger frontal system behind it by late Saturday bringing back more wet weather.
