After some patchy fog or low clouds this morning skies will be partly cloudy high 47. There will be a 30% chance of rain developing overnight low 36. That’s good news for the football games. It will be quite chilly for the Beavers game at 12:30 PM, but dry. Temperature at kickoff should be about 45. It will be very chilly for the Ducks game at 7:20 PM with a kickoff temperature of about 40 and temperatures falling into the 30s. Bundle up! The overnight 30% chance of rain should hold off until after midnight, but you might want to have some rain gear just in case.  Sunday look for a 30% chance of rain warming to about 50. Monday and Monday night there will be just a slight (20%) chance of rain high 54 low 44. A 50-60%  chance of rain Tuesday, but it will be likely (60%) Wednesday through Friday highs near 50 lows near 40. The coast will be wet, except for Saturday,  with highs in the mid to upper 50s and lows in the mid 40s.

In the Cascades there will be  a free air freezing level of 3,000′ today with no precipitation and a snow level 2,500′ at night as the rain/snow return. The snow level will go back up and stay above pass levels (6000′-7,000′) Sunday through Tuesday. Snow levels will be back below pass levels Tuesday night through Friday (3,500′). Willamette Pass and Hoodoo are both hoping to open for Thanksgiving. Keep your fingers crossed!
