Here is my weekly weather quiz question for the last time. What is  an“ Artesian Well?” Here is the correct answer. An Artesian Well: In hydrologic terms, a well drilled into a confined aquifer with enough hydraulic pressure for the water to flow to the surface without pumping. Also called a flowing well. I’ll have a new weekly weather quiz question for you starting Monday. The first person to post the correct answer will win a week of free personalized weather forecasts tailored to your needs.  Good luck.

An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) will send us even more storms with another upper level low to follow. The graphic for days 1-3 shows the next frontal system approaching the Pacific Northwest late today into Monday. The graphic for days 3-7 shows the next complex frontal system that will be moving into Oregon in the middle of next week. For mountain snow conditions at the local ski areas check out their websites or give them a call.
