A trough of low pressure has moved in behind the weak high pressure ridge that held off the rain for Thanksgiving. It is moving across Oregon. A frontal system is moving South through California bringing the precipitation back with it particularly to the South. Another trough of low pressure will set up off shore and a frontal system will push through from the Northwest Tuesday bringing even more rain and snow with it.
