Another  trough of low pressure has moved in offshore to set us up for more storms.  A new frontal system is pushing through from the Northwest bringing even more rain and snow with it.

Advisories: A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT  UNTIL 10 PM TONIGHT FOR THE WESTERN COLUMBIA GORGE AND THE UPPER HOOD RIVER VALLEY.  A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THE NORTH OREGON CASCADES.   ABOVE 4,500 FT.
