An  Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with arrows) takes over for a while. The graphics for days 1-3 show surface high pressure strengthening over the Pacific Northwest and no storms approaching. The graphics for days 3-7 show a frontal system that will change our weather by late Sunday night into Monday. The frontal system will move back to the north Wednesday then another storm approaches the coast   next Thursday.

Note: Willamette Pass Ski is closed for the season due to a lack of snow, but Hoodoo is open Thursday through Sunday from 9 AM- 4 PM or 9 PM. Mt. Ashland is open and reports all lifts are operating. They are open 9 AM until 4 pm through April 1st for Spring break. Check their websites for details on days of operation and ski conditions.
