An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (Shaded “U” shape with arrows) moves over Oregon and then an Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with arrows) displaces the low pressure bringing sunshine and dry weather Tuesday through Friday.
