An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with arrows) has taken over today through Memorial Day for more sunshine and warming. The graphics for days 1-3 show a weak frontal system moving through tonight and Tuesday. An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough moves up next. The graphics for days 3-7 show the next storm system that will approach and try to move through the Pacific Northwest between Friday and Saturday.

PEOPLE SHOULD AVOID SWALLOWING WATER, OR INHALING WATER DROPLETS AS A RESULT OF HIGH-SPEED WATER ACTIVITIES, SUCH AS WATER SKIING OR POWER BOATING, IN AREAS WHERE BLOOMS ARE IDENTIFIED.
