The upper air flow will start to bend more from the west and southwest bringing in warmer, but still very moist air into the Pacific Northwest.  A cold front sagged through the region bringing the cold air back. The precipitation is moving from southwest to northeast through the area. Another storm system will bring some warmer air in by Wednesday, so you can forget about the rain, freezing rain, and snow for a while at least. More storms will be headed toward us like this one that will move in Saturday .
