The upper air flow is bending more from the west (called Zonal flow) bringing in warmer, but still very moist air into the Pacific Northwest.  A frontal system has brought some warmer air in, so you can forget about the freezing rain and snow for a while at least. More storms will be headed toward us like this one that will move in Saturday to Sunday. Remember that, particularly this time of the year, when it’s not raining it is usually fogging.
