The upper air flow is bending more from the west (called Zonal flow) bringing in warmer, but still very moist air into the Pacific Northwest.  A frontal system has brought some warmer air in, so you can forget about the freezing rain and snow for a while at least. More storms will be headed toward us like this one that will move in Saturday to Sunday. Remember that, particularly this time of the year, when it’s not raining it is usually fogging.

Advisories: A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY FOR ALL OF WESTERN OREGON FROM FLORENCE TO COTTAGE GROVE, THROUGH THE NORTH CASCADE FOOTHILLS AND THE NORTH CASCADES, INCLUDING THE CASCADES OF LANE COUNTY BACK WESTWARD TO THE PACIFIC COAST.
