An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with arrows) takes over to clear the skies and warm us up. The graphics for days 3-7  show a frontal system trying to sneak in through the back door (moving from NE to SW) but gets pushed back to the northeast by a low and frontal system approaching the California coast Monday, then moving inland next Tuesday.
