A blocking Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (Shaded “arch” shape with arrows) continues to bring sunshine with mild daytime temperatures, but an Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (Shaded “U” shape with arrows in same graphic) should bring some precipitation by this afternoon. The graphics for days 1-3   show a frontal system approaching Oregon today and moving through late tonight through early Wednesday bringing us some rain. The graphics for days 3-7  increasing frontal activity increasing in the Pacific Northwest Friday through next Tuesday.
