Tim Chuey Weather

An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge  (“Arch” shape) is slowly warming up the Pacific Northwest. There will be frontal activity returning by Friday, but not of the bitter cold airflow nature. The graphics for days 1-3 show our next frontal system moving in Friday. The graphics for days 3-7 show more frontal activity moving our way Sunday through Thursday.

NOTE:

HERE ARE YOUR GROUNDHOG DAY REPORTS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY – FEBRUARY 2, 2023.

1) Punxsutawney Phil, PA ———- Shadow.. 6 more weeks of Winter
2) Buckeye Chuck, OH ————– Shadow…6 more weeks of Winter

*My own groundhog “Spencer Butte Bob” saw his shadow for 6 more weeks of Winter. If this is Winter weather now I don’t think we will mind it so much.
Just remember that this is for fun and has no basis in Meteorology.

**Because weather forecasting is a combination of science, intuition, and timing there can be no absolute guarantees that individual forecasts will be 100% accurate. Nature is in a constant state of flux and sudden unexpected weather events can happen.
