An upper level high pressure ridge (“Arch”shape in the jet stream) is building in over us and that should mean it will stay dry, but a frontal system that is moving through Washington is going to slide through and change that. We are looking at a wet night tonight and a wet Friday then dry. That should be good for the “Champions Parade” at 10 AM Saturday for the Ducks 12-0 season and BCS run. May be a little AM fog, but no rain. Remember that, particularly this time of the year, when it’s not raining it is usually fogging.
