An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U “shape) is allowing moisture in the form of clouds from frontal systems to move over the Pacific Northwest and bringing cold air with it. The graphics for days 1-3 show the frontal system that pushed through Oregon Tuesday and the next one, a backdoor cold front that will drop temperatures even lower. The graphics for days 3-7 show more complex frontal activity moving our way Sunday through next Thursday keeping us wet.
