Another Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) is sending more moisture to the Pacific Northwest in the form of a weak Atmospheric River. The graphics for days 1-3 show the cold front that moved through the Pacific Northwest and the next one behind it. The graphics for days 3-7 Sunday through Thursday show the continuing series of complex frontal systems that will slide into the Pacific Northwest through the period.
Note: Willamette Pass, Hoodoo, and Mt. Ashland are still open for skiing. With the heavy snow pack the ski season is booming. Check their Web Sites for specific dates and times of operation.
