The jet stream shows a high pressure ridge ( “arch” shaped area) aiming the airflow toward the Pacific Northwest and an upper level low pressure area pushing South and Eastward through California.  Another cold front pushes down from the North tonight and Monday bringing some cold Arctic air with it. Remember that, particularly this time of the year, when it’s not raining it is usually fogging and we’ve had some pretty dense fog lately.
