The jet stream shows a large trough of low pressure ( “U” shaped area over us) that pumped a lot of moisture our way.  It will move away from us, but another upper level low will swing in about mid week. A frontal system is slowly sliding through the Pacific Northwest and it looks like we’ll dry out for most of the weekend before more storms head toward us next week. Another burst of cold air will follow a frontal system late in the week.
