An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) covers just about all of the Western U.S..  The graphics for days 1-3  show the frontal system moving through the Pacific Northwest Monday. The graphics for days 3-7    Thursday through Monday show the parade of frontal systems headed toward the Pacific Northwest Thursday and another moves southeastward through Southern California between Friday and next Saturday.
