The jet stream shows another cold trough of low pressure ( “U” shaped area) migrating Eastward across the Pacific Northwest.  A strong low offshore will increase the winds once again as it sends a strong frontal system into Oregon today. More frontal systems will be coming our way this week producing even more precipitation.
