An Upper Level Low remains offshore and that means more onshore airflow keeping temperatures at a more normal level. As it moves temperatures will slowly increase. The graphics for days 1-3  show a couple frontal systems east of moving through Oregon. The graphics for days 3-7   Thursday through Monday show a cold frontal system approaching the Pacific Northwest Monday and Tuesday.
