Here is my new weekly weather quiz question “What is  “Snotel?”

____________

The Jet Stream  gives us Zonal airflow (West to East) continuing the slow cooling trend over the Pacific Northwest.  The graphics for days 1-3  show a complex frontal system to our northwest Tuesday. The graphics for days 3-7    Thursday through Monday show a frontal system pushing through the Pacific Northwest between Wednesday and Thursday and another one following right behind it.
