Here is my new weekly weather quiz question. What is a “Theodolite “?

____________

Another strong Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) will continue pushing moisture at us. The strong Bomb Cyclone remains offshore  but the Atmospheric River is sliding southward away from the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 show the frontal system that’s moving into Oregon today. The graphics for days 3-7   Saturday through Wednesday show complex frontal activity continuing Sunday.
