Here is my new weekly weather quiz question. What is the “Thermocline “?
____________
Upper Level High Pressure takes over as the Jet Stream has moved to the south away from us bringing drying and plenty of sunshine, but cold overnight temperatures, through the weekend. The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems. The graphics for days 3-7 Saturday through Wednesday show no serious frontal activity over the Pacific Northwest through the period, but a complex frontal system will be to our Northwest next Wednesday.
