Here is my weekly weather quiz question. What is a “Tornado Vortex Signature “?

____________

An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) is moving toward the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 show a frontal system moving through the Pacific Northwest Friday and Saturday. The graphics for days 3-7    Sunday through Thursday show a complex  frontal system will be marching through Monday and Monday night with a complex frontal system just offshore next Thursday.

Note: Ski Report: Willamette Pass, Hoodoo, and  Mt. Ashland are all open for the ski season. Check their Web sites for specific mountain conditions and hours of operation.
