An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch” shape) is sending a cold airflow from the north over the Pacific Northwest keeping us dry with fog and colder than normal for the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 show a stationary front stuck along the Pacific coast. The graphics for days 3-7 Wednesday through Sunday show the stationary front snaking along the entire West Coast, then a cold front will push through Friday.
