The jet stream shows a trough of low pressure ( “U” shaped area) swinging through the Pacific Northwest with another one following behind it. This frontal system pushed through spreading showers and some thunderstorms ahead of and with it. Over the weekend we’ll see another frontal system move through, but this time it will be a little farther to the North. It’s been a long time coming, but a high pressure ridge will move in late week into the weekend warming us up so it will feel more like Spring.
