That persistent  Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch” shape) is continues sending cold air from the north over the Pacific Northwest keeping us colder than normal for the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems in or approaching the Pacific Northwest until a cold front approaches from the northwest Thursday. The graphics for days 3-7    Sunday through Thursday show a stationary front that plants itself just inland of the West Coast. A frontal system will be to our West-North West over the ocean next Thursday.
