A Blocking Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch” shape) continues sending cold air from the north over the Pacific Northwest keeping us colder than normal. The graphics for days 1-3 show a stationary sitting just inland of the West Coast. The graphics for days 3-7 Friday through Tuesday show that a parade of frontal systems will be heading our way through the period.
