An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) takes over from the Upper Level High Pressure Ridge allowing clouds and rain to move into the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems approaching the West Coast. The graphics for days 3-7    Saturday through Wednesday show that frontal systems that will be heading our way through the period.
