Here is my new weekly weather quiz question one last time. This one is also a movie trivia question. In the 1941 movie “Sergeant York” Gary Cooper plays Alvin York who was a bit of a rascal who kept getting into trouble. A particular weather event changes his life forever bringing him to turn to God and become a conscientious objector when he has go into the U.S. Army during World War I . What was that weather event? Congratulations to Chris Flaherty for posting the winning answer lightning which struck York’s rifle while he was riding his mule in a storm. Chris wins a week of free personalized weather forecasts. It’s Monday and time for a new weekly weather quiz question. Please place your answer as a comment after the forecasts. The first person to post the correct answer will win one free week of personalized weather forecasts tailored to your needs. Good luck.
